What You Get
180 Days of Firefighting
An internship that’s a real job. Work on real-world projects with real deadlines. Learn the tools, the techniques, and master (some of) the game.

We don’t believe in free work. While you gain experience, and work on real projects, you will be paid a small internship allowance.
You may have come into the STCO Underdog program as an amateur, but we want you to leave a Contender. Confident. Capable. And a bit reckless.
